If you’ve taken pediatric feeding CEUs and manage real cases, this will help you decide your next professional step.
Hi I'm Hallie Bulkin, MA, CCC-SLP, CMT®, CPFT™
I started my career as an SLP managing feeding and swallowing concerns with limited guidance and no clear specialty path—an experience that pushed me deeper into pediatric feeding and complex, interdisciplinary care.
Today, I’m a nationally recognized pediatric feeding and swallowing therapist with almost two decades of experience, mentoring clinicians who are already doing feeding work but want greater clarity, confidence, and credibility.
My focus is helping clinicians move beyond “trying strategies” and toward confidently knowing what to treat, why it matters, and how it all fits together.
What This Looks Like in Practice
Common patterns we see as clinicians deepen their pediatric feeding work.
From scattered strategies to clear clinical direction
Clinicians with multiple feeding courses often struggled to manage treatment in complex cases. With a clearer reasoning framework, sessions became more focused and decisions easier to defend.
From second-guessing to confident decision-making
Experienced clinicians stopped hesitating in assessments and began making timely, grounded decisions even in challenging feeding cases.
From “the feeding person” to trusted expert
Clinicians gained clarity in how they explained recommendations, earning greater trust from families and interdisciplinary teams.
These shifts don’t happen by accident. They come from clearer clinical reasoning and intentional next steps.
