COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This presentation delves into how airway-focused dentistry, such as tongue ties and expansion, plays an important role in promoting optimal growth and development, enhancing overall well-being, and preventing long-term health issues.

PRESENTER: Dr. Nora Ghodousi-Zaghi DDS, Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry

As a board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Nora is distinguished by her specialized expertise in the realms of functional and biological minimally invasive pediatric dentistry, maxillofacial developmental expansion, and interceptive orthodontic appliance techniques. She also holds a profound understanding of sleep, breathing issues, and tongue-ties. Employing cutting-edge technology like the LightScalpel CO2 laser, she offers safe and efficient procedures designed to dramatically improve oral function, especially in infants aged 0-2 with tongue and/or lip ties. Dr. Nora’s practice is rooted in the philosophy that informed, engaged parents are the cornerstone of optimal pediatric care.
