Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you joined prior to January 3, 2022: Your membership renewal date is the first of the month. After January 2022, your renewal date is based on the date that you joined.
If you joined AFTER January 3, 2022: Your membership renewal date is based on the date that you joined. You will be billed on that same calendar date in each subsequent month. For example, if you joined on the 5th of the month, your future renewals will take place on the 5th of each month.
You can cancel your future monthly membership by completing and submitting the following forms at any time before the last 48 hours of your current month. If you cancel within the last 48 hours of your renewal date, you will be billed once more before your cancellation takes effect.
Access to the membership and all trainings is revoked on your last day of your last paid month. You may continue to use marketing materials and keep any training materials downloaded from the Myo Vault [with the exception of HIPAA protected information, which you may not keep, nor continue to use. That is for your eyes only and must be protected at all costs (see policy below)].
There are no refunds for The Myo Membership®.
